Renault and Rip Curl partnered to launch a special edition vehicle for surfers and beach lovers.The brief was simple.
Create a film introducing the new Renault Sandero Stepway Rip Curl model.Instead of producing another commercial, we challenged the brief.
We asked a simple question.
Why show an ad to a surfer when we could show the benefits of having it instead?Our answer was a mini-series featuring a professional surfer sharing authentic stories and showing how the vehicle naturally fit into beach life.
The campaign opened with a teaser, continued through five episodes, and concluded with a commercial that brought the story to a close.
Rather than delivering a single film, we turned the launch into a content strategy that connected with the audience in a more engaging and effective way.
